Usage: PCB Solder Mask Precure, Curing after Via hole Plugging
FEATURE
Energy-saving: PID temperature controller, Uniform temperature, with high performance SSR to improve temperature accuracy
Stable Transmission: Big panel size+ Tunnel type furnace, Edge Clamped patent structure, avoid touching the panel surface
Easy to operate and maintain: Touch screen panel + independent maintenance door for each section
The air inlet is equipped with a filter to avoid secondary pollution.
Panel Dimension： PCB thickness: 0.8-3.2mm, Min. 350*410mm, Max. 630*1250mm
Air exhaust capacity： 8-12m/s
Working Speed： 5~7pcs/min，spacing could set to (31.75mm, 25.4mm)
Temperature control： Each heating section has an independent temperature controller.
Heat Generating Unit： Efficient electric heater, heat generation more uniform
Feeding Method： Non-contact feeding transmission mode, avoid touching the double-sided plate surface
