Description
1.Adopts a fully automated "L-to-L" configuration.
2.When the carrier conversion mechanism is abnormal, manual feeding production can be achieved.
3.Compatible with both AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and manual trolley transportation methods.
4. Supports compatibility with both Box and Troy carriers (identical external dimensions).
5.Equipped with a dummy plate station to automatically fill incomplete batches.
6.The plate gripping mechanism includes empty Troy tray recognition capability.
7.Each production batch contains 36 PNLs, with 36+2 Troy trays (top cover and bottom cover), and a height of 385±5mm.
8.Carriers and AGVs enter and exit via the short side; a safety clearance of ≥30mm is reserved on the left and right sides of the AGV.
9.For plate thicknesses of 0.04~0.08mm, manual feeding is recommended.
10.The production plate and fixture are bound via a QR code.
