This chemical is exceptionally effective on dry film resists, residues of anti-foam agents, and residues that difficult to remove inside nozzles and pipes. It doesn't require high temperatures to operate in order to help energy saving. Moreover, this is unlikely conventional chambers cleaning agent because it is water soluble cleaner and develops for using on photoresist developers and strippers.
