一.Product description
AXE-288 is designed for HDI products with blind vias and is suitable for both insoluble anode and soluble anode systems. The equipment is equipped with a vertical continuous plating line and a traditional gantry plating line. Blind vias and through-hole plating. Electroplated copper particles have brightness, dense crystals, good ductility, and excellent hole filling effect and uniformity.

1. It can be applied to soluble anode and insoluble anode, gantry wire and VCP line.
2. The hole filling electroplating has strong explosive power, short plating time, and the thickness of copper and copper on the surface is 15-20um.
3. Save the process flow, no need for flash plating after PTH or black hole, and directly carry out the hole filling process.
4. The bath has a wide operating range, and AXE-288 additive is a three-component system, which is easy to monitor and analyze by CVS.
