Liquid Silicone Rubber Meter Mixing Machine – ELSR: The ELSR-200 series, developed by Gladwave, features electric drive pump technology for steady and precise material supply. It supports various mixing ratios, pulse-free delivery, and up to four colorant supply lines with PLC-controlled metering. Equipped with a pre-mixed static mixer and a durable follower plate, it minimizes residual material in the original drum. CE certified. Features: Electric piston controlled by servo metering; independent servo motors drive each piston pump; electric pressure gauge detector; designed for liquid silicone rubber (LSR); handles high-viscosity materials up to 1,000,000 mPas; suitable for high-output production; adjustable mixing ratio via PLC. Model Details: Drum Size: 50 gallons, transfers resins directly from the barrel. Model Name: ELSR-200.
