Plug Hole Air Guide Plate

In conventional solder mask plug hole printing, customers typically use drilled base boards matched to each PCB part number as air guide plates, resulting in high material and machining costs. Different part numbers require different base boards, leading to significant accumulated annual expenses.

To address this issue, our engineers have developed a patented universal air guide plate. Manufactured with high-precision CNC machining and supported by Teflon pins, it ensures stable plug hole quality even for hole diameters as small as 0.2 mm, preventing insufficient filling and other defects.

The air guide plate is easy to install directly on the screen printing machine table and is compatible with all PCB part numbers. It is durable, reusable, improves product quality, increases production efficiency, and effectively reduces manufacturing costs. The product has been widely validated and well received by customers.
