Dust filter bag

The dust removal filter bag serves as the core component of the bag filter during operation. Typically, a cylindrical pulse-type filter bag is suspended vertically within the dust
collector. Dust-laden gas enters the dust colector via the inlet and passes through the guide plate of the ash hopper. Under the influence ofnertia, some larger dust particles are separated from the gas stream and fall irectly into the ash hopper. The dust-laden gas then enters the fitration area of the bag, where the maiority of the dust is trapped on the outer surace of the filter bag. The clean gas penetates the filter matenial, entening the intenior of the filter bag, and subsequently flows into the upper chamber through the filter bag mouth before being discharged via the outlet. The cage inside the filter bag supports
the bag to prevent collapse and aids in dislodging and redistributing the dust cake.
