Nozzles(SUS/Brass)

Nozzles are widely installed in spraying, atomized spraying, oil spraying, sandblasting spraying, and other equipment. It is a key accessory that plays a different and important role.
CHIBIN nozzles are categorized in two types.
●Hydraulic Pressurized Nozzles (Single-Fluid Nozzle)
To pressurize liquid to micro atomizing via pump. Single-fluid spraying nozzles series includes flat fan, full cone, and hollow cone configurations. The average spray particle size is relatively coarse.
● Gas- Assisted Nozzles (Twin-Fluid Nozzle)
Utilizing compressed air to hit at high speed the liquid; To turn the liquid into micro atomization.
The twin-fluid nozzles are divided into two types- pressurized and liquid siphon feed. The average spray particle size is finer.

Nozzle Configurations:
● Hollow Cone.
●Full Cone.
●Flat Fan with male thread (side hole).
●Flat Fan with male thread.
