一.Product Description
AXE-662 is a copper chloride series microetching fluid, which can produce a layer of uneven roughening surface on copper and copper alloy surfaces, which is suitable for dry film, green oil and hole plugging process of BGA or FLIP, and can be applied to the pretreatment of chemical tin and electroless nickel gold (wet film and green oil) of FPC and PCB.
