Efficient removal of scale, rust and sludge in cooling water. Improvement of quality product and production efficiency.
Cleaning Principle
- Mizuken machine operation based on principle mixed high pressure and high speed between water and air for creating turbulent flow and air bubbles for dissolving scales, rust and sludge to outside.
- Water pressure: 0.5 MPa
- Air pressure: 0.85 MPa.
Technical advantage
- Functions of cleaning follow 2 direction (forward direction and reverse direction)
- Functions of water flow measurement before and after cleaning
- Functions of detection water channel was leakages or clogged
- Cleaning time quickly from 30-120 minute per mold or equipment
- Easy operation and move in the factory
- Automatic drainage from mold after cleaning
- No need to take down mold from IMM and disassembly mold to help reduce time and manpower.
